在马来西亚，
面包早就不只是“食物”了。

很多人的一天，
都是从面包开始的。

上班前买的一份早餐、
放学后顺手带回家的面包、
和家人一起分享的下午茶，

面包带给人的，
一直都是一种很温暖、很贴近生活的感觉。

也正因为这样——
烘焙行业，从来没有离开过人们的生活。

无论是在马来西亚，
还是国外，

Bakery 一直都是一个被需要、也被喜欢的技能。

因为人们对面包的喜欢，
从来不会消失。

而这一次更让人惊喜的是——

眼前这一整桌 Bread Display，
是 KAGC Sem 1 的学生，

只学习了3个月后完成的作品。

从不会揉面团、
不会控制发酵，

到现在能够亲手完成一个个真正的面包作品。

因为学会烘焙，

KAGC 邀请到了拥有 34 年旅游业经验的导游老师 ——
Peter Pan（潘振南）老师，和大家分享他一路走来的故事。

老师在21岁时进入旅游行业，
从最初的领队工作开始，
