what and when they want to learn according to their own schedule. Affordable Fees

Our fees are cheaper or comparable with other private universities. OUM provides many types of bursaries and discounts for those eligible. Fees can be paid through the EPF withdrawal scheme or PTPTN. The very best learning resources

Learners can study from printed modules or access our learning resources online. Some examples of online resources include interactive study materials, quizzes, video lectures and discussion forums. User-Friendly Learning System

The virtual learning environment that is managed by the OUM Learning Management System (MyVLE) provides learners with learning experience almost similar to a normal classroom. Learners can interact with their peers, tutors and facilitators as well as to access course materials and the digital library. They can also access key information such as academic records, timetable and latest information. Modern and up-to-date Learning Centre in Every State

There is at least one OUM learning centre in every state with well-equipped computer labs, tutorial rooms and Wifi Internet facilities as well as meeting rooms and reading areas. The OUM learning centres have been designed to provide learners with a friendly and conducive learning environment. Flexible Entry

At OUM, working adults may leverage on their prior learning experience to gain admission to a university programme

Academic Excellence

OUM is owned by a consortium of the first eleven Malaysian public universities and as such we have access to renowned subject-matter-experts (SMEs) to develop our learning materials, to supervise and where appropriate to serve as tutors and facilitators. Student-Centredness

We provide dedicated support services manned by experienced staff that understands the learners needs. Learners can call our helpdesk during normal office hours or better still use our online support service, the e-CRM. All queries through the e-CRM will be responded to within 48 hours. Extensive Digital Collection

Our digital library has a collection of close to 100,000 e-books and an extensive collection of academic journals.

Today, OUM celebrated a proud milestone with the proclamation of Tan Sri Azman Hashim as its new Chancellor during the opening of the 30th Convocation.
Among the graduates who drew attention were the oldest graduate, Muhammad Tasan, 75, who received a Master of Management, and medical doctor Dr Loh Yunn Hua, 72, who obtained a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours.

9 MEI 2026:- Tampak ceria dan bersemangat pelajar-pelajar baharu ambilan Mei 2026 menghadiri Bengkel Kemahiran Belajar (BKB) pada pagi semalam Sabtu, 9 Mei dari jam 8 pagi - 12.30 tengah hari di Dewan OUM Kuantan.
Program berjalan secara santai di mana peserta sangat responsif sepanjang perlaksanaan Bengkel. Diharapkan semua akan terus bersemangat dan pembelajaran mereka berjalan lancar sehingga tamat pengajian.
