Introducing Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Zulzamri Salleh, a researcher from the Maritime Engineering Technology Section at UniKL MIMET. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Advanced Materials), his research expertise spans nanomaterials, composite materials, natural fibre composites, structural health monitoring, numerical simulation and FEA modelling, and tribology technology. Through his research and academic contributions, he continues to support the advancement of materials and engineering research at UniKL MIMET.

Strengthening Global Maritime Collaboration

UniKL MIMET was honoured to welcome Mr Christopher Goldsworthy, CEO of IMarEST UK, together with the Chairman of the Malaysia Joint Branch (MJB) of RINA-IMarEST Malaysia, for an official visit to Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Marine Engineering Technology (UniKL MIMET).

The visit helped strengthen collaboration between industry and academia, and allowed the sharing of ideas on the future of the maritime and marine engineering fields. It also opened opportunities for further professional engagement and knowledge sharing.
