[LAW SEMINAR 2026: THE VOICES OF LAW: PROTESTS, POWER AND CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS]

Dear all,

The Law Seminar Division of the Multimedia University Law Society (MULS), in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University Melaka, is pleased to present Law Seminar 2026, themed “The Voices of Law: Protests, Power and Constitutional Freedoms”.

This seminar aims to dissect the dynamic intersection of civil discourse, state authority, and the legal frameworks that govern our right to dissent. Participants will get important insights into the Federal Constitution’s Article 10 guarantees and how Malaysia's judicial system applies and restricts these liberties.

The Law Seminar 2026 will be conducted in the form of a comprehensive legal forum consisting of one (1) session. A keynote speaker, along with a distinguished panel of experts, will present and engage in a forum discussion on Freedom of Expression, followed by a dedicated Question and Answer session for participants.
