Pada 16 Julai 2026, Mesyuarat Pra Peperiksaan Mac 2026 โ€“ Ogos 2026 Bil. 1/2026 di Bilik Mesyuarat PTDI telah diadakan . Mesyuarat ini dipengerusikan oleh KPS, Dr. Wan Munirah Wan Mohamad bagi memastikan segala urusan berkaitan peperiksaan akhir semester Julai 2026 dilaksanakan secara terancang, sistematik dan mematuhi prosedur serta peraturan akademik yang telah ditetapkan oleh universiti.

Antara perkara utama yang dibincangkan ialah persediaan peperiksaan akhir, pelaksanaan moderasi yang melibatkan pemeriksaan kedua bagi skrip jawapan peperiksaan, semak baca serta penyelarasan kaedah penilaian bagi menjamin ketelusan, keseragaman dan integriti dalam proses penilaian akademik. Penekanan turut diberikan terhadap pematuhan garis masa penilaian akhir bagi Sesi Julai 2026 agar semua urusan penilaian, pengesahan markah dan penyerahan keputusan dapat diselesaikan mengikut tempoh yang telah ditetapkan.

Dalam mesyuarat ini, KPS turut berkongsi hebahan dan peringatan berhubung larangan yang perlu dipatuhi oleh pelajar semasa berada di dalam dewan peperiksaan, termasuk pematuhan terhadap tatacara peperiksaan dan peraturan disiplin bagi memastikan peperiksaan berlangsung dengan lancar, adil dan berintegriti.
