Responsibilities:
1)Core Training:
- Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum covering commercial principles, tropical oils industry knowledge, and cross-functional skills.
- Engage in rotational assignments within key functions of the Tropical Oils division, such as trade support, shipping & operations.
- Be paired with experienced mentors from different functions and regions, providing exposure to global perspectives.
- Work on strategic projects relevant to tropical oils within regional and potential international contexts.
- Transition into permanent roles within specific regions or potential overseas postings based on individual strengths and interests.
2) Regional Mobility:
- Undertake regional assignments in various offices and potential overseas postings, including Africa.
- Collaborate on cross-country projects to address regional challenges in tropical oils.
3) Performance Evaluation:
- Regular feedback on performance from mentors, peers, and supervisors.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelorβs degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
2) Strong passion for the tropical oils industry and a desire to pursue a career in agribusiness.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a global mindset.
4) Willingness to relocate and work in different regional offices, with potential for overseas postings including Africa.
