Our Riamtec Pastry Trainer Chef Leo was honored to Invited to attend in BCWC 2026 hosted in Kuching.
During the international competition , Chef Leo held two positions:
1. Marketing & Public Relations
(confirming competition categories/schedule for participants from various countries)
2. Pastry Manager (responsible for the 3-day competition, acting as a bridge between 50+ baking participants , primarily responsible for planning and sequencing the various baking categories).
During his 7 days in Kuching, he hosted international judges and participants from China, the USA, Vietnam, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Singapore, and other countries,
while also supervising 2 Riamtec PAT students participating in the competition.
Riamtec 烘焙师 Leo主厨荣幸受邀参加在古晋举办的2026年BCWC国际烘焙大赛。
大赛期间，Leo主厨身兼两职：
1. 市场营销及公关
（负责确认各国参赛选手的比赛类别与日程）
2. 烘焙经理（负责为期三天的比赛，协调50多位烘焙选手，主要负责规划和安排各项烘焙比赛的顺序）。
在古晋的七天里，他接待了来自中国、美国、越南、爱尔兰、沙特阿拉伯、泰国、新加坡等国家的国际评委和参赛选手，
同时还指导了两名Riamtec 烘焙科系的学员，在短短1星期高强度的训练下参赛，并在50名烘焙参赛者中取得奖牌
