文旅（文化旅游）是指通旅游实现感知、了解、体察人类文化具体内容之目的的行为过程 。泛指以鉴赏异国异地传统文化、追寻文化名人遗踪或参加当地举办的各种文化活动为目的的旅游。
通过筹办双威文旅，本会将以多元化的方式输出中华文化并且带领大众一同鉴赏大马中华文化以及中华艺术之美。此外，活动亮点之一为文化推理侦探游戏，它集结了中华传统文化以及现代最受欢迎的影视及游戏元素。参与者们通过有趣的方式汲取文化知识，并且运用知识破解谜题，了解中华文化不再是枯燥乏味。
最后，本会也想传达一个理念给大众以及大学生们：珍惜、捍卫与传承始于心中最真挚的喜爱。唯有觉醒以及达成共识，才能齐心协力把中华文化完好地传承下去，让下一代仍可欣赏到遍布于全马的中华文化。
Cultural Exploration refers to the process of perceiving and understanding of h
uman culture. This exploration highlights the importance of traditional culture via mimicking the steps of cultural celebrities' legacy or taking part in the local cultural activities. SUCCE is organized not only to promote Chinese culture in a diversified way but also to appreciate the nature of Malaysian Chinese culture and arts. Besides, the Cultural Detective Event, which is the highlight of our event, features Chinese cultural themes as well as the elements of popular films and games. This allows participants to develop a better understanding of cultural knowledge and to enhance problem solving skills. Finally, SUCCS would like to emphasize on the importance of appreciating, protecting and inheriting Chinese culture. To benefit the future generations, we must unite and work together to preserve the diversity of Chinese culture in Malaysia.
