Voting Stage – Candidates must secure more than the specified number of trustworthy votes to qualify for the next stage. Members may cast their votes for any candidate they trust.

理大工程系分院中华文化协会（理工华协）将于2026年6月19日（星期五）召开年度会员大会，并在大会上公布第三十七届理工华协执委团。为确保选举过程的公平与透明，特此成立选举委员会以监督和管理本次选举。

各附属母体小组及独立小组须于2026年6月18日（星期四）前完成新届管理层的遴选与委任，并在大会上向全体执委及会员汇报。

The Persatuan Bahasa TiongHua (PBT), Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Engineering Campus, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), will convene its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 19th June 2026 (Friday), during which the 37th PBT Executive Committee will be announced. To ensure fairness and transparency, the Election Committee (EC) has been established to oversee and manage the election process.

All PBT Subsidiary Units and Affiliated Organizations are required to complete the formation of their new management boards by 18th June 2026 (Thursday) and present them during the AGM.
