Job Title : QA & QC Executive
1 Minimum diploma holder or graduates of university or a bachelor's degree in engineering. Candidate age 35 years old and above.
2 Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry and specialized in quality control and quality assurance.
3 Knowledge in management system ISO9001:2005 and ISO14001:2015.
4 Implementing quality audit programs, prepare PPAP , Control of non-conforming product and effective handling of customer complaints, 5 way report and etc. Update standard practices and procedures for use within the organization.
5 To ensure quality parts is being produced and delivered as per customer requirements. Responsible inspection on incoming, in process and outgoing required to confirm that product meets specification. Ensure suitable environment condition for carry out calibration. To submit monthly quality control analysis report.
