Day 2 of the Professional Development Programme in Enforcement Priority Areas saw officers from the National Anti-Drugs Agency (AADK) deepen their understanding of Initial Information Intake and Case Management (Complaints and Intelligence) โ€“ Part 2 through practical, scenario-based learning.

Participants engaged in case study discussions, intelligence assessment exercises, risk evaluation, and group presentations designed to strengthen analytical thinking, decision-making, and case management competencies in enforcement operations.

ELMU University was honoured to conduct the Professional Communication and Handling Conflict Programme for PETRONAS, held on 22โ€“23 June 2026 at the Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

A total of 19 ELMU students participated in the Anak Muda Pemacu Harapan Aspirasi (ALPHA) Programme, a two-day, one-night youth empowerment initiative held at SGV Hulu Langat.

Organised by the National Anti-Drugs Agency (AADK) Districts of Gombak, Petaling, and Hulu Selangor, the programme brought together 65 students from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with the aim of empowering young people to become resilient, responsible, and drug-free future leaders.

The programme was officially launched by YBhg. Datoโ€™ Mohd Imran, President of the Selangor State Youth Council, who highlighted the important role of youth in driving positive change and contributing to nation-building.

ELMU is proud of its students for actively participating in this meaningful initiative, which fostered leadership, personal development, social awareness, and a commitment towards building a healthier and drug-free society.

Over two intensive days, officers from Jabatan Hutan Sarawak participated in the Evidence Gathering Technique Training Programme, designed to strengthen investigative capabilities, evidence handling, forensic awareness, and enforcement best practices.

Held at Raia Hotel, Kuching, the programme covered key areas including enforcement procedures, evidence gathering techniques, environmental criminology, forensic science, and the preparation of quality investigation papers for prosecution purposes.

Six ELMU University students recently had the opportunity to experience scuba diving training at ELMUโ€™s Olympic-size swimming pool, courtesy of ELMU TVET. ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธโœจ

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students were introduced to the fundamentals of scuba diving, including essential diving techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of diving equipment. This hands-on experience provided a unique opportunity to build confidence, develop practical skills, and gain a deeper appreciation for the world of diving.

ELMU was honoured to welcome YBhg. Datuk Azman bin Adam, Director General of Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN), following the successful completion of the Workshop on Enforcement Enhancement and Understanding of Bunkering Operations held at ELMU.

During the visit, Datuk Azman toured key facilities across the campus and was briefed on ELMUโ€™s learning ecosystem, training capabilities, and ongoing initiatives in professional development and capacity building.

The visit reflects the growing collaboration between ELMU and KPDN, supported by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), in advancing strategic partnerships, talent development, and future-focused training initiatives.
