REGISTRATION OF SEMESTER I, ACADEMIC SESSION 2023/2024 (A231)

Dear All Returning Students,

You are required to register (semester & course) for Semester I, Academic Session 2023/2024 (A231) starting from October 9, 2023 until November 5, 2023 (4 weeks).

You may refer to the Academic Calendar of Semester I, Academic Session 2023/2024 (A231) at the following link: https://cgs.usim.edu.my/student-related/academic-calendar/. You will not be allowed to take the course if you fail to register.

To register, you need to pay the tuition fees and the outstanding balance in your ledger. The status will be changed to ‘Registered’ after payment is updated in the student portal. This process may take from 1 to 5 working days depending on your payment method.

Please ignore the registration notice if your status is eligible to graduate / deferred in the Semester I, Academic Session 2023/2024 (A231).

To check your fee amount / outstanding balance, you may refer to your ledger in your iPPS Portal starting from October 9, 2023. Any inquiries related to the fee matters; you can email to [email protected].

COMPLETION OF ONLINE PROGRESS REPORT FOR SEMESTER II, SESSION 2022/2023 (A222)

Please be informed that the Final Examination of Semester II, Academic Session 2022/2023 for postgraduate students will take place from July 17th to August 6th, 2023.

Regarding this, all research students are OBLIGED to Complete your Online Progress Report through the iPPS Portal from July 17th, 2023 to August 6th, 2023 as noticed.

⚠️ Failure to submit OPR will result students given a Probationary Pass (LBS) status (for the semester), and students who attain LBS status twice consecutively shall be terminated and deemed as Failed and Dismissed (GDB)

Please be informed that the Final Examination of Semester II, Academic Session 2022/2023 for postgraduate students will take place from July 17th to August 6th, 2023.

Regarding this, all students are OBLIGED to make a Course and Teaching Assessment (eNilai) through the iStudent Portal from July 10th, 2023 to July 23rd, 2023 as noticed.

⚠️ Failure to submit eNilai will result in students not getting the Entrance Exam Slip and not being allowed into the examination hall.
