🎓✨COPA Annual General Meeting 2025 ✨🎓

On 18 August 2025, the Computing Postgraduate Association (COPA) successfully conducted its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a hybrid format, combining both physical attendance at FSKTM and virtual participation via Google Meet.

The event was graced by the presence of former COPA advisor, Dr. Samihah, and current advisor, Dr. Suhaimi, who were acknowledged for their continued support and contributions to the postgraduate community.

The AGM featured formal presentations, including the COPA Constitution, Activities Report and the Treasurer’s Report, followed by a symbolic group photo session that included space to represent online attendees.

📣 Announcement of the 10 COPA Executive Members
A highlight of the event was the announcement of the newly elected COPA Executive Committee (August 2025 – July 2026).
The new leadership is as follows:
• President: Aida Nabilah
• Executive Members: Alisa, Afiqah, Siti Malihah, Asyraf, Kartina, Widhy, Syed Sarfaraz, Billal, and Hussain

These ten individuals are set to lead the association in strengthening academic engagement and community development among FSKTM postgraduate students.

🎬 Closing Activities
The day concluded with a bonding session, where participants watched the 3 Idiots movie, capturing the spirit of friendship, joy, and shared experiences. The session was filled with laughter, photographs, some tears and memorable moments. 🤭

📌 The success of this AGM marks a significant milestone for COPA in fostering a connected, vibrant postgraduate community.
