History has been made! JCI Entrepreneur Metropolitan is bursting with immense pride as our very own Past President JCI Senator Joyline Chai has officially been named a Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian (TOYM) Honoree under the Humanitarian and Voluntary Leadership category! 🇲🇾💖

This national recognition is a testament to how she has consistently gone beyond hands-on service to amplify her reach and create a multiplying effect of positive impact across communities.

Her heart for service actually began early in her journey, having served for 26 years in the Lions Club. Since joining the JCI family back in 2013, Senator Joyline hasn't just served communities directly—she has dedicated herself to empowering, training, and uplifting everyone around her so that they can also become leaders of change.

Her leadership is defined by her ability to touch lives personally while building frameworks that scale community impact. From serving as our Local President in 2018 to driving national and international initiatives, her guidance and mentorship have transformed thousands of lives. Her global capacity-building efforts led her to earn the prestigious Most Outstanding Member Award at the JCI World Congress, culminating in her appointment as the 2024 JCI Skills Development Committee Chairperson at the world level—proving that true leadership lies in multiplying your reach through others.

Winning the TOYM Award reflects her deep-rooted belief that real voluntary leadership is about elevating everyone beside you.
