Meet OUM’s Global Fellows for the 2026-2027 cycle. From Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK, and USA, these scholars will help OUM advance our mission of delivering critical, inclusive, and forward-looking digital education.

From work that spans the cultural politics of technology to learning analytics, teacher development and sustainable education policy, they invite us to see digital education not as something imposed upon educators and learners, but as something we can actively shape together.
