💰 Empowering Young Minds Through Financial Literacy!
Sunway Business School, in collaboration with Sunway Lagoon, successfully conducted the Sunway Explorer Rangers Workshop, introducing kindergarten and primary school children to essential financial literacy concepts through fun and interactive learning experiences.
The workshop featured two engaging segments designed to nurture financial awareness and practical money management skills among young learners.
🛍️ “Mini Bosses”, led by Dr Siti Munerah Abd Karim and Dr Chuah Cindy, introduced participants to the basics of buying and selling goods through exciting hands-on activities, encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of simple business transactions.
💵 “Money Choices”, facilitated by Dr Marc Arul Weissman and Dr Liew Yit Wey, guided participants in making thoughtful spending decisions, planning their purchases, and understanding the importance of saving money.
Through these interactive sessions, young participants gained valuable insights into managing money responsibly while developing essential decision-making and problem-solving skills in an enjoyable learning environment.
