📌 Workshop Recap: Managing Projects Like a Pro
On 9 May, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at ECC6, participants joined an engaging workshop on engineering project management led by Mr. Zaki Shamsuddin.
Throughout the session, attendees explored the fundamentals of project control using Primavera P6, including project scheduling, Gantt chart development, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. The workshop provided valuable hands-on experience and practical insights into managing projects efficiently and professionally.
