On 16th November 2000, Kelab Rukun Negara was established after the Ministry of Education passed the Circular Letter Bil. 17/2000 which allows Kelab Rukun Negara to act in secondary level education. On August 2004, the Office of the Prime Minister have issued a circular letter which give rise to suggestion on the establishment of Kelab Rukun Negara on tertiary education level. In conjunction to th

at, a few discussion had occurred in the Tertiary Education Department under Ministry of Higher Education. Thus, on 13th September 2005, Kelab Rukun Negara was established in tertiary education through a ceremony held at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Between 28th till 30th August 2008, many efforts have been put in place to ensure that the club remain active in tertiary education level. One of it was the re-branding of Kelab Rukun Negara into currently known, Sekretariat Rukun Negara (SRN). With this change, many changes also had occurred which fulfill the objective of the club. Today, Sekretariat Rukun Negara (SRN) have expanded its range of connections not only in public universities but also in private universities. As such, Sekretariat Rukun Negara (SRN) Sunway was created on 1st January 2015 to achieve a similar objective to all tertiary education center out there, promoting racial unity among the student community.

🌞🌱👕♻ Sustainable Summer Market is here! Join us in promoting responsible consumption and production while preserving the environment. At Sunway Project for Asian and International Relations Relations(SPAIR), we believe that reducing our consumption rate is crucial in integrating environmental sustainability within the community.
Our objective is to promote sustainable consumption by promoting the reuse of used materials and sustainably made products, which aligns with the 12th Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) set by the United Nations. By organising the event, we want to involve the community everyone at Sunway University in preserving the environment by providing a responsible platform to dispose of their used materials.
All clothes collected during the Clothes Collection Period will be sold during the event itself and extras will be donated to local organizations that support those in need.
The details of the event are as follows:
🕗 10 am - 4 pm
🗓 30th to 1st June 2023 (Tuesday to Thursday)
📍Sunway Boulevard, Sunway College Building

With the SEA Games in progress, what perfect timing for us at Sunway Analytics Society to present a data analytics competition that encompasses the region of Southeast Asia! 🏆
Introducing the ASEAN Data Science Explorers (DSE) Enablement Session, where we can finally be a part of a data community beyond the borders of Malaysia with other Southeast Asian countries 🤩
We are honoured to have Ms. Loke Pak-Yen, who is the ASEAN Data Science Explorers Ambassador for 2023 as our speaker. The session looks to equip ASEAN youths with knowledge about data analytics using SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), so as to thrive in the digital economy and Industrial Revolution 4.0. 📈 Hands-on exercises will be used to ensure participants get valuable experiences with the platform 📊
Participants will earn a certification from ASEAN Foundation and SAP upon completion of the session 🧠 However, certificates won’t be the most valuable item earned here, as the skills you’ve gained from this will also help your chances for the upcoming ASEAN DSE Competition, where winners can win up to 800 USD💵
