🇮🇩🇲🇾 From Samarinda to Springhill: Connecting Pharmacy Education Across Borders!

We were delighted to welcome 30 Pharmacy students and 2 lecturers from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Samarinda (STIKSAM), Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia to UCSI University Bandar Springhill Campus for an enriching academic study tour! 🎓✨

This international learning experience aims to:

🌍 MOBILITY — Provide students with valuable international exposure and the opportunity to experience a different academic and learning environment.

🤝 CONNECTION — Build meaningful connections between students and academics while sharing knowledge, experiences and perspectives in Pharmacy education.

🔗 PARTNERSHIP — Strengthen the institutional relationship and foster greater collaboration between STIKSAM and UCSI University.

🧪 EXPERIMENT — Learn through hands-on workshops and gain practical knowledge and skills relevant to the profession of a Pharmacist.

As part of the visit, lecturers from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, UCSI University Bandar Springhill Campus conducted two engaging workshops, providing the visiting students with opportunities to enhance their knowledge, develop practical skills and gain a deeper understanding of the role and competencies of Pharmacists.

💊 Learning knows no borders. Through academic mobility, international exposure and collaborative partnerships, we empower future Pharmacists to think globally, learn continuously and contribute meaningfully to the healthcare profession.

What an inspiring day of exploration and discovery! We were delighted to welcome a group of 100 Form 6 Arts Stream students and 10 teachers from SMK Batu Kikir and SMK Seri Jempol to UCSI University Bandar Springhill Campus as part of an educational tour organised by Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Jempol dan Jelebu.
