This are how abseiling is performed. Descending from the top to bottom. Great confidence shown by SR student! Also great support given by Dr Shariman and the other students to boost their confidence.

Your dominant hand should control the rope for descending. And the other hand should hold on tight to the other rope. Release slowly is the way to go for beginners and to avoid any possible injuries. Always wear gloves as the friction from the rope will cause heat.

Anchoring system for Abseiling activity. It is very important to have a strong and secure anchor when performing high rope activities.

Everything must be perfect and check twice or more. The equipments consist of carabiner and kernmantle rope. One of the knots used was figure of 8 on the bite/ follow through.
