Langkah Bersama 30 Tahun MASPUTRA✨

As a part of the MASPUTRA 30th Anniversary Celebration, we had the pleasure of gathering 40 participants consisting of MASPUTRA students, alumni and staff for a memorable hiking and recreational programme at SISFEC.

It was the perfect way to wrap up the semester by strengthening friendships, reconnecting with one another and creating meaningful memories while enjoying the beauty of nature.

A heartfelt thank you to the SISFEC rangers and facilitators for their guidance and insightful sharing on the importance of conserving and protecting our forest reserves. Your knowledge and passion have inspired us to appreciate and care for our natural environment even more.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this programme truly special. We hope you had as much fun as we did.

As part of the Sustainable Environmental Planning and Management course, our MASPUTRA students recently presented their mini project proposals focusing on a planning site at Pulau Perhentian.

The presentation session held at Bilik Rehat, Faculty of Forestry and Environment on 4 July 2026, provided students with the opportunity to showcase their planning ideas while receiving valuable feedback from invited industry assessors.

The course was coordinated by Gs. Dr. Zakiah Ponrahono and Dr. Syazwani Sahrir, whose guidance and mentorship supported the students throughout this learning journey.

We extend our appreciation to Dato' Zulkifli Bin Mohd Sharif, Datin Nur Salinda Binti Sabar, Pn. Siti Balqish Binti Sabar from Ombak Dive Resort and Pn. Nor Hidayah Halid from Nadi Laut Synergy for evaluating the students' proposals and sharing their professional insights and experiences. Their contributions enriched the learning experience by connecting academic knowledge with real-world practices in sustainable planning and tourism development.
