Formerly known as Institute for Management and Business Research (IMBRe), Pusat Kajian Kes Pengurusan dan Kepimpinan (PKKPK) serves to provide a platform for case study research activities related to the field of management and leadership. In congruence with the University's aspiration to be a comprehensive research university that blends the main elements of national agenda, education missions and sustainable research tradition, all internal systems must be well geared toward greater effectiveness and efficiency. The Institute of Management and Business Research (IMBRe) has been issued a tremendously important assignment to assemble the world of ideas and thought into a proper inventory as to create a unique capacity to excel.

🤝 Strengthening Collaboration for Case Teaching and ICSC2027

On 1 September 2026, the Pusat Kajian Kes Pengurusan dan Kepimpinan (PKKPK), Universiti Utara Malaysia, had a productive meeting with RCCCH, PPM Manajemen, Indonesia to explore opportunities for closer collaboration.

The discussion focused on three key areas:
📚 Case Teaching Workshop – strengthening capabilities in developing and teaching management cases
🌏 International Case Study Congress 2027 (ICSC2027) – exploring potential collaboration and participation
🤝 Letter of Agreement (LoA) – strengthening our institutional partnership and future initiatives

Representing PKKPK was Dr. Nor Atikah Shafai, while RCCCH PPM Manajemen was represented by Dr. Apri, Madam Siti Fadhilah, and Madam Pricilia Gita.

We look forward to turning these discussions into meaningful initiatives and further strengthening the collaboration between UUM and PPM Manajemen in the field of case teaching, management education, and leadership development.
