We are pleased to announce the iCTOM 2026 Awards, which aim to recognize outstanding contributions in research, innovation, and presentation during the 5th International Conference on Technology and Operations Management 2026 (iCTOM 2026), to be held on 7 and 8 September 2026 at G Hotel Penang, Malaysia.

The awards include the following categories:

iCTOM Best Presentation Awards
These awards recognize outstanding research presentations that effectively communicate research findings and engage the audience. Winners will be selected based on research quality, presentation skills, and overall impact, as evaluated by a panel of experts.

AUN-SEED Young Researcher Award
This award recognizes outstanding young researchers in the field of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) who demonstrate strong research potential, originality, and meaningful contribution to sustainable development. Winners will be selected based on research quality, innovation, presentation skills, relevance to STI, and potential impact on society, industry, and sustainability.

Interested young researchers who wish to be considered for the AUN-SEED Young Researcher Award are invited to submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) to [email protected].

The iCTOM 2026 Awards serve as a platform to celebrate research excellence, encourage impactful presentations, and support future collaboration among researchers, academicians, and industry practitioners.

Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) terus memperkukuhkan jaringan strategik bersama industri melalui kunjungan hormat ke Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad, baru-baru ini yang diketuai oleh Naib Canselor UUM, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Martadha Mohamed.

Staf IPB tamat program mobility PhD di STML

Ani Nuraisyah telah berjaya menamatkan program mobiliti di Pusat Pengajian Pengurusan Teknologi dan Logistik (STML) pada hari ini. Program ini merupakan antara aktiviti hubungan Memorandum Persefahaman MoU antara STML, UUM dan Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB Universiti).

Ani Nuraisyah merupakan staf IPB Universiti dan juga pelajar yang mengetengahkan kajian berkaitan Financing Model for The Coffee Suply Chain Based on Risk Balance and Value Added di bawah penyelian bersama Prof. Dr. Eliana Wulandari dari Universiti Padjadjaran, Dr. Raden Dikky Indrawan dari IPB University dan Prof. Madya Dr. Zakirah Othman dari STML, UUM.

Ani Nuraisyah merupakan pelajar tahun dua yang mendapat tajaan dari Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Melalui kajian ini, beliau mengambil kesempatan untuk melakukan kerja penyelidikan di luar Indonesia yang memerlukan perbentangan simposium, mengikuti kuliah dan seminar yang berkaitan dan menjalinkan hubungan potensi penyelidikan di masa hadapan.

Menurut dekan STML, Prof Madya Ts. Dr. Mohd Kamarul Irwan Abdul Rahim, “STML sentiasa membuka ruang kepada program mobiliti di antara pelajar dan staf untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap pencapaian akademik dan penyelidikan anatarabangsa.”

Menurut timbalan dekan Penyelidikan dan Inovasi STML p**a, Prof. Log. Ts. Dr. Rizal Razalli yang merupakan penilai simposium Ani Nuraisyah “Program mobiliti pasca siswazah ini bagus untuk mengeratkan hubungan kerjasama dan potensi penyelidikan pada masa hadapan.”

Majlis peluncuran program strategik ini telah disempurnakan oleh Menteri Pertahanan Malaysia, YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, bertempat di Batalion Kelima Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja (5 RAMD), Kem Batu 3, Kluang, baru-baru ini.
