The Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Honours) at UUM College of Business in Malaysia is an education programme designed to support students in gaining the skills and knowledge to manage human resources (HR) in both public and private sectors. UUM College of Business' Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Honours) works to increase awareness among HR managers, academians, and practitioners r

egarding human resource strategic planning within organizations. This education curriculum creates opportunities for co-operation and networking between various HR parties including training, consultancy, research, and development. Students enrolled in this Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Honours) learn how best to identify current challenges in managing HR, especially in the dynamic economic and social environment, to increase effectiveness.
