Analytical Science Laboratory (ACL) is a research laboratory located in Centre for Sustainable Nanomaterials (CSNano), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor. The laboratory is headed by Dr. Hong Heng See. Dr. See obtained his PhD in year 2010 follow by a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Basel, Switzerland from year 2010 to 2013. Dr. See was appointed as visiting lecturer

at the University of Tasmania, Australia from 2014 โ€“ 2015. He is currently holding a senior lecturer at the UTM. The current research interests in ACL consists of:

- Development of microextration approach based on mixed matrix membrane device.
- Development of electric field driven extraction across polymer inclusion membrane.
- Method development in nonaqueous capillary and microchip electrophoresis for pharmaceuticals and environmental monitoring.
- Automated โ€œsample-to-answerโ€ analytical system using three-dimensional printing devices.
