Our Story
The aim of Student LIFE is to provide a supportive, friendly and stimulating environment outside the classroom, to aid academic success as well as individual development.
Student LIFE caters to every aspect of campus life for Sunway students.:
• A full array of counselling services is at students' disposal, including career counselling, emotional support, personality profiling, academic assistance and just about anything else. Help is just a call away!
• As part of holistic student development, the Student Leadership & Engagement (SLE) uni encourages students to live life outside of the ivory tower. SLE facilitates student-run councils and clubs, encompassing both physical and intellectual sports, cultural activities as well as providing venues, supervision, and administrative support for student activities.
• The Sports unit promotes healthy lifestyles by providing various sports activities on campus, as well as developing and nurturing sports talends into competitive individuals with hight sportsmanship.
• Sunway Career Services regularly runs career- related event and activities, all with the goal of improving students' employability, as well as providing opportunities for students to meet prospective employers.
• Sunway Cultural Exchange offers programmes to develop students with an international mindset and cultivating students who are respectful of the multitudes of cultures and people around the world.
• Sunway believes in rewarding merit and providing opportunities for students, and our Scholarship programmes reflect this. Millions of ringging in scholarship are awarded each year to participants through the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation.
• The Sunway Alumni Relation team provides post-graduation support by building a network of alumni, growing a vibrant alumni community, providing a platform for contribution.
