Centre for Languages and General Studies (CEFLAGS) was established on 16 November 2015 after the approval of Board of Director of Sultan Idris Education University. On 4th of January 2016, the centre was officially operated from Level 3, Block 5, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Sultan Azlan Shah Campus, Proton City. The main aim of the establishment of CEFLAGS is parallel with the aim of the u

niversity to uphold the tradition in developing individual potential, making them knowledgeable, ingenious, highly talented, charismatic and patriotic. The characteristics are important in creating a unique individual. Embracing the university's mission, CEFLAGS is determined to create students who are not just able to speak in Malay and English, but capable of mastering the third language of choice. In other words, CEFLAGS aims to produce individuals that are multilingual. Hence, CEFLAGS offers multiple modern languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, German, Japanese, and French.
