🌍✨🌍✨Honouring our elders means preserving the values, stories, and leadership that continue to shape our future.

Over the weekend, a group of young NUSTodians had the privilege of visiting Former President and Patron of the Eenhana Campus, Dr Hifikepunye Pohamba, as well as Her Majesty, Dr Martha Mwadinomho yaKristian Nelumbu, Ohamba yOvakwanyama and NUST Honorary Doctorate recipient.

Their wisdom reminds us that Africa’s greatest strength lies not only in its future leaders, but also in the guidance, knowledge, and heritage passed down by those who came before us. 🤝🏾

Happy Africa Day! 🌍

“Where you come from does not determine your destiny” – Simeon Says

Hailing from Omangundu village in the Oshana Region, he completed his primary education locally and attended Ekulo Senior Secondary School. After a setback in 2018 when he failed English, his academic journey was put on hold, leading him into construction work and later employment at Oshana Security in 2022.

That same year, he rewrote and passed English, a turning point that reopened the path to higher education.

Simeon graduated yesterday at the NUST Eenhana Campus graduation ceremony. 🎓
