Our CEO, Arinze Okafor CFA, CAIA, took the stage at Mukopano 2026 yesterday to share how we are bridging the gap between capital, talent, and enterprise. With over 40,000 SMEs in Namibia and less than 5% currently investment-ready, the need for structured intervention has never been greater. We also place critical importance on interventions addressing the gap between skilled graduates and work readiness.

For us, Namibia Corporate Social Investment Mukopano is an initiative that goes beyond branding; it is a necessary collective movement. By joining hands with Namibian entities, co-funding programmes, and creating market linkages, we are building an ecosystem where informal and creative enterprises can thrive, and graduates can transition from classrooms to boardrooms.

Together, we are turning "CSI that Changes Lives" from a slogan into a sustainable reality.
