Strengthening Service at Namibia’s Ports of Entry 🇳🇦

HP-GSB successfully concluded its Welcome Host Training Programme in Windhoek and Noordoewer, equipping Immigration Officers, Safety and Security Officers, and NamRA officials with practical skills to enhance service delivery and create a welcoming experience for travellers entering Namibia.

Delivered in partnership with the Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) under its MoU with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, the training reinforces a shared commitment to service excellence and a positive visitor experience at Namibia’s ports of entry.

As part of the programme, Gondwana Collection Namibia generously awarded accommodation vouchers for stays at its facilities to 20 participants through a lucky draw, adding an exciting and memorable highlight to the training.
