INTRODUCTION
Namibia University of Science and Technology Excellence Team (NUST-ET) it’s a student motivational organisation which conduct academic research and come up with recommendation, that was established on the 15th October 2015, Founded by Mr Paulus K Enrolled in Bachelor of Human Resources Management(07BHRM)

orward of NUST-ET to Namibia University of Science and Technology and at various institutions of learning in Namibia. NUST-ET has realised that, a motivated student is a productive student. Whereas determined to promote and motivate all students in Namibia University of Science and Technology and elsewhere regardless of nationality, course of study, ethnic origin, and gender, and disability status, social and economic status. NUST-ET will ensure unity of high performance and actions

WE BELIEVE, THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE IN LIFE, NUST WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST INSTITUTION IN THE WORLD AND THE COLLABORATION OF NUST-ET AND THE SRC WILL BRING SUCCESS
Therefore, hereby constitute the Namibia University of Science and Technology Excellence Team (NUST-ET) and adapt the constitution as the basic fundamental law governing the conduct of affairs of the students in Namibia University of Science and Technology excellence team. THANKS GIVING
I the NUST-ET founder together with the NUST-ET executives and members; I/we give thanks to Mr Michael Kisting for being the mentor, Mr Kaitira E.Kandjii for being the director, and Mrs Charley Du Plessis for being the Advisor of Namibia University of Science and Technology Excellence Team (NUST-ET)
Moreover we give thanks to the Dean of Students, Lectures, student representative council, and to all the Namibia University of Science and Technology students for making NUST-ET to be recognised in the institution. DEFINATIONS
In this constitution the following definitions shall apply:
“Constitution” Means the constitution of Namibia University of Science and Technology Excellence Team
“Student” means an individual registered for study purposes at any institution of learning in Namibia or elsewhere.
“Institution of learning” means any institution that offers study or learning services to students and this includes Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary Schools, Vocational and Tertiary Institutions. ARTICLE 1: IDENTIFICATION
The name of the organisation shall be the Namibia University of Science and Technology Excellence Team (NUST-ET).The logo above with the institution logo it is a motivational logo for all students at Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), regardless course study, nationality and etc... Is the official logo of NUST-ET. NUST-ET MOTTO
The official moto of NUST-ET shall be: striving for excellence, leading for change and success. The motto shall be the direction of students that education is the key to success and they will strive for excellence no matter what comes in their way. Moreover students will co-operate with the Namibia institutions of learning to lead for change and success. ARTICLE 2: VISION STATEMENT
Foster a strong academic community and provide opportunity for networking, student leadership, and participation to empower and support our students in their careers. Put the Namibia University of Science and Technology on the world map for high performance and quality education. ARTICLE 3: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
NUSTET shall exist for the following aims and objectives
1. Encourage students to have team work during examination and build network
3. Motivate students to study hard for their exams
4. To continuously initiate, encourage and support academic events of the institution.
5. To create a conducive study environment for all students.
6. To conduct academic research internally and externally and come up with recommendations to the NUST management and Ministry of education
