*RE: RESUMPTION OF 2026/27 ACADEMIC SESSION*

You would please recall my earlier circular in respect of the above subject matter.

I write to reiterate that the MID-SEMESTER break shall come to an end on Sunday the 25th October, 2026. Normal academic activities including lectures shall commence in full swing from Monday the 26th October, 2026.

May I also add that formal documentation procedures for the newly admitted students who have not yet been registered shall also continue from that same day. Those in this category are advised to ensure that they come forward with their valid documents/credentials, including the following; letter(s) of admission, evidence of payment of acceptance fee, O'Level result, FSLC, birth certificate/affidavit of age declaration, LGA certificate of origin, etc.

By this memo therefore, all the staff, especially the lecturers are invited to note this development and comply as appropriate.

The SciBiz Conference 2026, organised by Triple Helix Nigeria, is taking place from October 14–16, 2026, at the PTDF Main Auditorium, Abuja, under the theme: “Strengthening Innovation Infrastructure for Research Commercialisation and Economic Competitiveness.”
