You are invited! – 11th of August, 12pm
We are hosting a series of webinars to help students change habits caused by anxiety and stress. Free registration for the first session is available to everybody, while sessions 2 to 10 are exclusively for registered students only.
This programme is for those who feel trapped with habits caused by the uncertainties of everyday life and for those wishing to change some habits, both with and without any previous mindfulness practice.
If you are sometimes overwhelmed with worry around your ability to achieve your goals, easily distracted from your tasks by recurring thoughts or social media, experiencing problems with restlessness, tension, or procrastination so that you underperform, you may have an emotional habit caused by anxiety or stress which is often an upstream cause of other habits and behaviours.
You can register for the first session via this link https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Zq23iXf-TquZfuhfk2xmwg
