NAKOSS Senate President Graces NAKOSS Event, Emphasizes Unity and Student Empowerment
In a significant show of leadership and solidarity, the National Senate President of the National Association of Kogi State Students (NAKOSS),Sen.Amb. Comr.Rilwan Abubakar Obaje, attended the recently held NAKOSS cultural day organized by NAKOSS at Nasarawa State University, on 20th.
The event, which drew student leaders, and dignitaries,focused on student leadership, youth development, cultural unity, educational awareness. In his address, the Senate President commended the organizers for their dedication to advancing the cause of Kogi State students across the nation.
Speaking passionately, Sen.Amb.Comr.Rilwan Abubakar Obaje urged students to remain united, proactive, and committed to excellence, regardless of their institutional or geographical backgrounds. He highlighted the role of NAKOSS in bridging the gap between students and the government, fostering inclusion, and promoting education as a tool for socio-economic transformation.
“As the voice of Kogi State students, NAKOSS must continue to stand for equity, justice, and progress. Let us not be divided by tribe, location, or ideology. Our shared identity is our strength,” he said.
