THE GREATEST STRENGTH IN LIFE IS SELF-CONTROL..
“Like a city whose walls are brókéñ through is a person who lacks self-control” (Prov. 25:28). The fruit of the Spirit includes self-control (Gal 5:23).
Samson had supernatural strength but no self-control with his eyes and his tongue; he d!èd blíñd and enslàved (Judges 16).
A person who cannot say “no” to their appetites is defeñseless.
Self-control is the muscle that says “yes” to the best by saying “no” to the good.

THE STRONGEST HABIT IN LIFE.
“Let us not grôw wéâry of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up” (Gal 6:9).
James says, “Let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing” (James 1:4).
The difference between the master and the amateur is that the master showed up one more time.
Perseverance turns failúre into a stepping stone.
Do not dèspise small beginnings; the harvest comes to those who keep plowing.

THE MOST IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIP IN LIFE IS THE ONE WITH YOURSELF.
“You shall love your neighbour as yourself” (Matt 22:39).
Jesus assumes a healthy self-relationship. You cannot give what you do not have. If you dèspise yourself, you will dèspise others. David prayed, “Create in me a clean heart, O God” (Psalm 51:10). Learn to live at peace with your own sôul, to forgivé yourself, and to speak truth to yourself.
The longest marriage is the one you have with yourself.

THE STRONGEST MOTIVATION IN LIFE IS PURPOSE.
“For to me to live is Christ, and to d!é is gain” (Phil 1:21).
Esther was told, “Who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14).
Without purpose, you drift; with purpose, even páîñ becomes bearable. Jesus “for the joy that was set before him endured the cross” (Heb 12:2).
Purpose fuels perseverance. When you know your why, any how becomes possible.

THE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT IN LIFE IS PERSONAL GROWTH.
“But grów in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18).

The world measures achievement by titles and bank accounts.
Heaven measures it by how much more like Christ you became.
Paul said, “Not that I have already obtained this… but I press on” (Phil 3:12-14).
A person who gröws every day outruns a genius who stays stagnant.
Growth is the only achievement that opens every other door.

THE MOST RELIABLE COMPANION IN LIFE IS INTEGRITY.
“Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blàmelèssly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart” (Psalm 15:1-2). Integrity means you are the same person in public and private.
Job was “blameless and upright” (Job 1:1). When everything else left him; friends, wéàlth, health, his integrity remained. Prov. 11:3 says, “The integrity of the upright guides them.” A man with integrity never walks alone; God Himself becomes his companion.

AGE 40 FOR SELF-RESPECT.
Forty is the age of the new generation in Scripture (Joshua entered Canaan, David was anointed king after years of running). Self-respect is the fruit of walking with God through firè and not coming out bíttér.
You know your worth because you know whose you are.
You stop over-apologiziñg.
You stop over-giving to people who never pour back.
You honour your own time, your own body, and your own calling. “Above all else, guard your heart” (Prov 4:23) , not out of fèar, but out of reverence for what God has built in you.

Self-respect is not prîdè as some people mistaken it, it's the fèar of the Lord applied to the temple of your own life (1 Cor 6:19-20). “Do not give dogs what is sàcred” (Matt 7:6) , your dignity is sacred.
A man of forty with self-respect does not need to announce himself; his silence carries authority, and his “yes” and “no” are final because they are grounded in God.

THE POWER OF WISDOM.
“Wisdom is a shelter as möñēy is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves the life of its possessor” (Eccl 7:12). Wisdom is not intelligence; it is skill in living. It sees the trap before the foot is caught (Proverbs 22:3). Solomon said, “Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding” (Proverbs 4:7). Wisdom protects you from bad decisions, bad relationships, and bad timing. It is a shield and a helmet.

THE GREATEST WÉÄLTH IN LIFE IS GOOD HEALTH.
“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul” (3 John 1:2).
The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). To neglect sleep, nutrition, exercise, and rest is not spiritual, it is føølîsh.
Hezekiah wépt when told he would díè (Isaiah 38:1-3) because he knew health is the currency of service.
Guard your health as a sacred trust from God.
