Breaking News: Joy in Oyo State as Abducted Pupils and Teachers Freed After 56 Days in Captivity! 
In a moment of immense relief for families, the Oyo State Government, security agencies, and the entire nation, all the pupils and teachers abducted from schools in Oriire Local Government Area on May 15, 2026, have been safely released. 
Armed attackers invaded three schools,Baptist Nursery and Primary School in Yawota, L.A. Primary School, and Community Grammar School in Esiele/Ahoro-Esiele communities,kidnapping approximately 39 pupils (including a two-year-old) and 7 teachers, totaling around 46 victims.
