Choosing a school for your child involves more than checking examination results, fees, or facilities.

Good grades matter. But quality education should also develop critical thinking, practical skills, character, leadership, confidence, and the ability to adapt.

The better question for parents may not simply be:
“Will my child perform well here?”
It may be:
“What will my child be able to do with what they learn?”
And perhaps even more importantly:
“What kind of person is this school helping my child become?”

Our latest article explores what education in Nigeria should actually achieve and provides practical questions parents can ask when choosing a primary or secondary school.
