Physiotherapy plays a vital role in arthritis management by helping individuals improve mobility, manage pain, maintain joint function, and stay active through appropriate exercise and rehabilitation. 🤸🏽‍♂️

This World Arthritis Day, let’s promote early recognition, proper care, and greater awareness of the role of physiotherapy in helping people living with arthritis move better and live fuller lives.
