NOTICE TO ALL STAFF, PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC

This is to inform all prospective students who applied for admission into Galtima Mai Kyari College of Health Sciences and Technology, Nguru for the 2026/2027 Academic Session, that the admission list has been released.

All applicants are hereby advised to check their admission status through the following steps:

STEP 1: Visit the portal: https://admission.healthtechnguru.ng

STEP 2: Enter your 14-character JAMB Registration Number and click on "Check Admission Status".

STEP 3: If admitted, download your Admission Letter and carefully follow all instructions contained in the offer letter for registration and documentation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – MOP-UP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

Please be informed that the upcoming Mop-Up Entrance Examination scheduled for Friday, 14th August 2026 is NOT for all candidates.

The examination is strictly for candidates who missed the first Entrance Examination conducted on Thursday, 6th August 2026, particularly those who were unable to attend due to communication gaps, transportation challenges, or other genuine difficulties.

⚠️ If you have already written the Entrance Examination on 6th August 2026, please IGNORE any message circulating about the Mop-Up Examination . You are not required to sit for the examination again.

This is to inform all candidates who missed the 2026 Entrance Examination of Galtima Mai Kyari College of Health Sciences and Technology, Nguru, that a *Mop-Up Entrance Examination* has been scheduled as follows:

📅 Date: Friday, 14th August 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM
📍 Venue: Isah Nguru Ventures, Mai Mustapha Street, Eastern Bye Pass, Centre 1, Nguru, Yobe State.

Important: All affected candidates are advised to come with a valid means of identification and their application details.

This is a second chance for candidates who missed the examination. Candidates are encouraged to prepare adequately and arrive on time.

All applicants are advised to log in to the Applicant Portal to download their examination slip, which contains their examination date, time, and venue.

Applicants should print their examination slip and come along with it to the examination venue.
