PROVOST FELICITATES WITH STAFF AND STUDENTS ON THE 1447 (A.H) EID EL-FITR CELEBERATION

The Provost, Prof. Ali Manzo Usman, extends warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to all staff and students of the College on the joyous occasion of this year's Eid El-Fitr.

In his Sallah Message, Prof. Manzo expressed deep appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the College Community, noting that these collective efforts continue to drive the lnstitution towards excellence in all ramifications.

He prayed that the spirit of the just concluded Ramadan, which embodies sacrifice, compassion, and unity, inspires everyone to uphold peace, mutual respect, and continued prayer for the College, Yobe State and the Country at large.

He also prayed that May Allah accept the fasting, prayers and good deeds of all members of the College community.

The Provost further encourages everyone to celebrate safely, responsibly, and in harmony with one another.

The Provost seized the opportunity to convey the College Community's congratulations and special prayers to His Excellency, the College's Visitor, Governor (Dr) Mai Mala Buni over the successful completion of the Ramadan Fasting as well as the Eid celeberation.

He finally wished the entire College community a blessed, joyous and joyful celebration.

A YOUNG PHILONTROPHIST, ENGR MUHAMMAD MUSTAPHA MAIHAJA, DONATES FOOD BASKETS TO STUDENTS

In the spirit of Ramadan, Engr. Muhammad Mai Haja, a son to Engr Mustapha Yunusa Maihaja, generously donated essential food items to students residing in the College hostels.

The initiative aims at enhancing students’ welfare in a bid to enable them have ease in this holy month of Ramadan.

“This act of kindness reflects the spirit of community we cherish. We are deeply grateful to Engr. Muhammad Mai Haja for this great support to our students,” said the Provost.

The Provost further said that the College will continue to encourage initiatives that strengthen student welfare and community engagement.

The Provost called on other philontrophists to emulate this noble tradition; for an enhanced community development.

PROVOST PAYS CONGRATULATORY VISIT TO YSU VC AND REGISTRAR

The Provost, Professor Ali Manzo Usman, has paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Vice- Chancellor of Yobe State University, Prof Bashir Tahir and the Registrar, Mal Isa Audu Dallari in their offices.

Prof Manzo, who presented the two Principal Officers with letters of congratulation and special prayers, expressed confidence in their capacity and willingness in moving the University to a greater height.

He assured them of a strong pernership with his College for the betterment of the education sector in the State.

While responding, both the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar expressed their happiness over the gesture and urged the Provost to continue contributing to the growth of the University.

They solicited for continious prayers to enable them discherge their responsibilities deligently.

FEBRUARY 2026 TRCN PQEI RESULT IS OUT

The College Management announces the outcome of the February 6th, 2026 First TRCN PQEI Examination conducted in the College.

The result indicates that 164 candidates passed out of the 176 candidates that sat for the Examination.

The Provost, Prof Ali Manzo Usman, congratulates the successful candidates and urged them to utalize their certificates for the betterment of Education in Yobe State and the Country at large.

He also thanked the Registrar/ CEO, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and the Yobe State TRCN Coordinator and his team for the opportunity.

Provost Felicitates with Staff and Students on the Commencement of 1447 A.H Ramadan Fasting

The Provost extends warm greetings and best wishes to all staff and students of the College on the commencement of the Holy Month of Ramadan:describing it as a sacred period for spiritual reflection, self-discipline, kindness, generousity and devotion.

Prof. Manzo prayed Almighty Allah to grant the College Community strength, guidance and abundant blessings throughout the Holy Month.

He encouraged that the Month be used to pray for the College’s continued progress, as well as for continious peace, unity, and development across Nguru, Yobe State and the Nation at large.

AUM FOUNDATION SPONSORS 30 POTISKUM RESIDENTS AND ITS ENVIROND TO STUDY AT THE COLLEGE

ln its efforts to facilitate access to Education to the needy, AU Foundation has sponsored 30 residents of Potiskum and its environs to study Law and other professional courses at the College.

The Founder of the Foundation, Alhaji Umaru AbdulMalik (Dan Madamin Fika), charged the students to dedicate themselves to study for a better tomorrow.

He also thanked the Provost for the distribution of free forms to the Foundation and promised to also contribute his quota to the develooment of the College.

The Students have already arrived and comnenced their studies in tthe College.
