The 2026 Annual Library Staff Health and Wellness Programme (2nd Edition), organized by Olusegun Oke Library, was successfully held, bringing together staff for an impactful and enlightening session on workplace health.

This annual wellness lecture, initiated by Prof. Adefunke S. Ebijuwa, continues in honour of our late colleague, Mrs. Mary Olateju Agboola, whose memory inspires our commitment to staff well-being.

With the theme “Neck and Back Pain and Eye Strain: Protecting Yourself at Work,” participants gained valuable insights on maintaining proper posture, reducing strain, and promoting overall health in the workplace.

We were privileged to have Dr. Mrs. Susan Adepoju and Dr. A. A. Adebisi as guest speakers, who delivered practical and informative sessions that will positively impact our daily work habits.

We appreciate all participants and contributors who made this programme a success. Together, we continue to promote a healthier and more productive work environment.
