✓CANDIDATE'S ENTRY QUALIFICATION
Candidates seeking admission into this institution must possessed at least five(5) credits which includes:
1) Mathematics
2) English
3) Chemistry
4) Physics
5) Biology

✓Admission forms should be completed and submitted to the office of the registrar including four(4) recent passports photograph and photocopies of relevant credentials.

✓Payment of #15,500 per form shall be made at any Branch of Zenith Bank where account number is available. Make sure you collect your Teller or evidence of payment before leaving the Bank premises as it will be use in forms collection.

✓Forms will be collected from the office of the registrar at the school by providing evidence of Bank payment.

✓ Forms for BASIC NURSING SCIENCES is currently on sale while that of BASIC MIDWIFERY SCIENCES AND PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING will be announce by the management later.
