During the project, we uncovered an unexpected lesson ๐ŸŒŸ from one of our focus groups.

๐ŸŽ“ Academics highlighted the need for improved ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ for entrepreneurial and external engagement activities in universities.
In particular, traditional mechanisms like ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ฎ๐›๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ and ๐“๐“๐Ž๐ฌ are beneficial, but often understaffed, and not well-promoted. ๐Ÿ˜•

Communication about these support structures is crucial, as many academics find them to be lacking in visibility. It's important to ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ and ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ž๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ž these resources to maximize their impact. ๐Ÿš€

The T4UC project may be over, but we're still eager to share its findings.

We're thrilled to have been part of the ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ ๐”๐ˆ๐ˆ๐ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž, held in Madrid from May 27-29, 2024. It was a fantastic event that brought together over 200 organizations and delegates from 40+ countries to discuss the future of education and ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ-๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ. ๐Ÿค
At the conference, the Time4Unichange project had the opportunity to present a ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ and engage with attendees about our initiative aimed at transforming Higher Education Institutions. ๐ŸŽ“

๐ŸŒŸ The final phase of our project was marked by ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐œ๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ where university managers, professional staff, and key persons from various institutions came together to explore the potential impact of our ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฌ within their organizations.
It was a fantastic opportunity to present and discuss how our work can make a real difference in the higher education sector. ๐ŸŒ

๐ŸŒŸ It's hard to believe, but the project is coming to an end and next week we'll be having our final ๐ข๐ง-๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐ฆ๐ž๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  in Venice.

It's been such an incredible journey and the meeting will be a great opportunity to reflect on what we have ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ and ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ throughout the project. We will also discuss the sustainability of the project and what lies ahead after its conclusion.

This is an innovation acceleration program that helps researchers, teachers, PhD and Master students of Instituto Superior Tรฉcnico to develop their skills and build a business model for their technology. ๐Ÿš€
