Looking for affordable textbooks? Or do you have a few you’d like to sell? Check out our second-hand book exchange board!

You can find the book exchange board at the entrance of the Law Library (REC A, 4th floor).

👀 Heb je het al gezien op de studiezaal? Sinds kort hangt daar het portret van Paul Scholten, een van de meest invloedrijke Nederlandse rechtsgeleerden! Bovendien was hij nauw verbonden aan de UvA waar hij rechten studeerde, promoveerde én jarenlang hoogleraar was. 🎓

📚 Vandaag is het 79 jaar geleden dat hij overleed, maar zijn werk is nog steeds relevant. Zijn 'Algemeen deel' van de Asser-serie is een klassieker in de Nederlandse rechtsliteratuur!
