Op 7de Juni, vanaf 16:00 gaan de deuren open voor het tweede keer en AMSUnlocked heet 2000 festival-goers welkomen. AMSUnlocked is intitiatief van 6 studieverenigen van de UvA en merdere van het heel Amsterdam-regio. We verwachten 2000 festival-goers op woensdag bij het festival-terrein LIEF, met twee stages, met een DJ-Line up op het outdoor Sun-set stage van MIA MORE, NOWIFI, en meer, en op het indoor Warehouse Stage, CYNTHIA SPIERING, ROSE RINGED, en veel meer!

On the 7th of June, the doors will open once again at 16:00 for the second time and AMSUnlocked will welcome over 2000 festival-goers. AMSUnlocked is an initiative of 5 founding-study associations of the UvA, and has partnered with student-run associations all over the Amsterdam region. We are expecting 2000 festival-goers on Wednesday at the grounds of LIEF, with two stages and a DJ Line up on the outdoor Sun-set stage of MIA MORE, NOWIFI, and more, and by the indoor Warehouse stage, CYNTHIA SPIERING, ROSE RINGED, many more!

De VSPA organiseert haar allereerste Master Thesis Extravaganza, op 23 mei van 13:00 tot 16:00 uur. We zijn op zoek naar 4 masterstudenten die hun masterproef een uur lang willen presenteren, ofwel om 13:30 ofwel om 15:00 voor een zaal van 60 personen met online streaming. Twee presentaties zullen parallel lopen, gehouden in het V-gebouw.

Voor jouw tijd is er een kleine vergoeding en (vrijwillige) distributie van je materiaal aan alle deelnemers na afloop.

The VSPA is hosting their first-ever Master Thesis Extravaganza, held on May 23rd from 13:00 to 16:00. They are in search of 4 Master’s students willing to present their Master’s Thesis for one hour either at 13:30 or at 15:00 to a hall of 30 individuals with online streaming. Two presentations will be running parallel to one another, held in the V-Building.

For your time, there will be a small compensatory gift and (voluntary) distribution of your materials to all participants after the fact.

The annual cognitive neuroscience symposium Synapsium is back for this year's edition with the theme of "Neuroscience in the Wild" on 22 April 2023! The symposium is organised by study association Dondrite of the MSc Cognitive Neuroscience at the Donders Institute, Radboud University. Are you currently entering the final phase of a research project, or have you recently completed a project related to cognitive neuroscience? Then do not miss the chance to present your work at Synapsium 2023 alongside fellow students from other Dutch and international institutions. This is a great opportunity to practise your presenter skills in a friendly yet professional environment! Applicants who live more than 2 hours away from Nijmegen are eligible to apply for a travel grant of up to 50 euros.
