We’re happy to share an update on our recent project. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy with developing a new trailer model. We’re happy to report that the design is complete and the model is ready.

The next step is to bring this model to reality. By the end of April, we aim to do research on the trailer. We look forward to sharing more about this process in the coming weeks.

Kick off Semester 6

Last week we had the kick off of the more project for coming semester. We have 22 semester 4 students (2nd year) and 29 semester 6 students (3rd year). There are also 2 students who are doing their graduation at the More project and 35 students who do their master at More. On the 3rd picture is the new workshop where the More project will move to. We will tell you more about that later.

Afgelopen week hebben we de aftrap van het More project gehad voor het komende semester. We hebben dit semester 22 studenten uit semester 4 (2e jaar) en 29 studenten uit semester 6 (3e jaar). Ook zijn er nog 2 studenten die bij het More project afstuderen en 35 studenten die hun master die bij dit project. Op de 3e foto is de nieuwe locatie te zien waar het project More heen zal verhuizen. Hierover later meer.

The atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm as we captured the essence of forward-thinking education and the boundless potential of our students.

One standout contributor to the success of the shoot was none other than Sahil Uppal, an alumnus who played a pivotal role in shaping the narrative. Having pursued his master’s in engineering systems with a focus on Automotive Systems at MORE.

🚀 Exciting News! Let's give a huge round of applause to Saarth Trivedi for successfully graduating the Master Engineering Systems at HAN University of Applied Sciences!

Saarth, a recent graduate, has achieved significant results with his thesis on the "Fuel Cell Hybrid Driveline" that incorporates regenerative braking and an energy management system. This driveline is now set to power the MORE project's upcoming vehicle.

The MORE Project aims to provide invaluable learning opportunities for students by integrating Saarth's Fuel Cell Hybrid Driveline into a new vehicle. This project will not only drive innovation but also give students hands-on insights into the functioning of this sustainable and efficient driveline technology.

His contribution to the MORE project exemplifies the future of clean and efficient transportation. Saarth, your hard work, and dedication is truly commendable!

🚀 Spannend Nieuws! Laten we een groot applaus geven voor Saarth Trivedi, die geslaagd is voor de Master Engineering Systems at HAN University of Applied Sciences.

Saarth heeft indrukwekkende resultaten behaald met zijn thesis over een Hybride Waterstof Aandrijflijn met regeneratief remmen en een energy management system. Deze aandrijflijn staat nu klaar om het aankomende voertuig van het MORE-project van stroom te voorzien.

Het MORE-project streeft ernaar waardevolle leerkansen te bieden aan studenten door Saarth's Brandstofcel Hybride Aandrijflijn te integreren in een nieuw voertuig. 🚗🛠️ The MORE Project Takes On ACE Automotive Career Day! 🛠️🚗

We had a blast at the ACE Automotive Career Day, where different tech and automotive companies came together to flaunt their latest innovations and projects.

Our booth wasn't just filled with students and professionals passionate about the MORE Project; we were also thrilled to have teachers and students from the master’s program Engineering Systems joining us. They've got exciting assignments in the pipeline, all revolving around pioneering systems for the MORE vehicle!

We hebben een geweldige dag gehad op de ACE Automotive Career Day, waar verschillende technologie- en automotivebedrijven samenkomen om hun nieuwste innovaties en projecten te laten zien.

Bij onze stand waren niet alleen studenten en professionals die gepassioneerd zijn over het MORE Project te vinden; we waren ook verheugd leraren en studenten van het masterprogramma Engineering Systems te verwelkomen. Ze hebben spannende opdrachten in de pijplijn, allemaal gericht op baanbrekende systemen voor het MORE-voertuig!

Blijf op de hoogte van het volgende niveau van innovatie dat zich ontwikkelt bij het MORE!

Last Friday, we as MORE were at the Move East event at the Technology base at Twente Airport. Move East is a sustainable mobility event in the eastern Netherlands. We were able to show several companies and visitors the MORE project and what we do. In short, it was a very educational and successful day. We would like to thank the organization for the opportunity to promote MORE at this event!

Afgelopen vrijdag stonden wij als MORE op het Move East event op het Technology base bij Twente Airport. Move East is hét duurzame mobiliteitsevent van Oost-Nederland. Hierbij hebben wij meerdere bedrijven en bezoekers het MORE project kunnen laten zien en wat wij doen. Kortom, was het een erg leerzame en geslaagde dag. Wij willen de organisatie bedanken voor de mogelijkheid om MORE te promoten op dit event!

This is MORE's semester 6 Structural Design group. and Matthew Minar Widjaja have been busy this half year with the brake booster for the MIA vehicle and the steering column for the MIA vehicle. The MIA vehicle is MORE's second smaller vehicle. Finally, they also designed the 90 kW motor frame, working closely with the Vehicle Technology team. The MORE Vehicle will test at high speeds in the future using this frame. These parts were simulated and calculated, but due to a lack of time, they, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to actually produce the parts in this half year. David and Matthew learned a lot from each other, but most of all had a lot of fun together.

Dit is de semester 6 Structural Design groep van MORE. en Matthew Minar Widjaja zijn dit half jaar druk bezig geweest met de brake booster voor het MIA voertuig en de stuurkolom voor het MIA voertuig. Het MIA voertuig is het tweede kleinere voertuig van MORE. Tenslotte hebben zij ook het 90 kW motor frame ontworpen, waarbij ze veel samen hebben gewerkt met het Vehicle Technology team. Met behulp van dit frame gaat MORE in de toekomst met hoge snelheden testen. Deze onderdelen zijn wel gesimuleerd en doorberekend, maar wegens tijdsgebrek hebben zij helaas niet de mogelijkheid gehad om de onderdelen ook daadwerkelijk te produceren dit half jaar. David en Matthew hebben veel geleerd van elkaar, maar met name veel plezier gehad samen.

This is MORE's semester 6 Powertrain group. Tom van Leeuwen, Jimmy Wiltenburg, Viané Bel, and Stan Lokhorst have been busy with the Fuel cell for the past six months and have designed a new frame for the tank. In addition, they have also ensured that the vehicle is safer, by fusing the wiring properly. Finally, they have also been working on making the Renault 4L hybrid driveline work.

Dit is de semester 6 Powertrain groep van MORE. Tom van Leeuwen, Jimmy Wiltenburg, Viané Bel en Stan Lokhorst zijn het afgelopen half jaar druk geweest met Fuel cell en hebben daarbij een nieuw frame ontworpen voor de tank. Daarnaast hebben zij er ook voor gezorgd dat het voertuig veiliger is, door het juist de zekeren van de bedrading. Tenslotte zijn zij ook nog bezig geweest met het werkend maken van de Renault 4L hybride driveline.

Last Wednesday, the semester 6 students held a photo shoot together with the MORE vehicle. In the coming weeks there will be several posts online, in which the semester 6 students of this project, with the possible help of other fellow students who are also working on the project, get the spotlight with an update on what these students have achieved this six months.

Afgelopen woensdag hebben de semester 6 studenten een fotoshoot gehouden samen met het MORE voertuig. In de komende weken zullen er meerdere posts online komen, waarin de semester 6 studenten van dit project, met eventuele hulp van andere medestudenten die ook druk zijn met het project, meer in beeld komen met een update over wat deze studenten bereikt hebben dit half jaar.

Yesterday the MORE vehicle went to the R&D department of RAVO in Alkmaar for testing. RAVO Benelux is the sales and service organization for sweepers from RAVO, Mathieu and Scarab in the Benelux (Limburg excluded).

It was interesting for RAVO as well as for MORE to see the vehicle in action and it was an instructive day for both parties. It was also very nice that we were allowed to have a ride around in one of the sweepers.

We look forward to the future with the collaboration between RAVO and MORE!

Gister was het MORE voertuig naar de R&D afdeling van RAVO in Alkmaar voor testen. RAVO Benelux is dé verkoop- en serviceorganisatie van veegmachines van RAVO, Mathieu en Scarab in de Benelux (Limburg uitgezonderd).

Voor RAVO als wel voor MORE was het interessant om het voertuig in actie te zien en zo een leerzame dag gehad voor beide partijen. Ook was het erg leuk dat wij een rondje mochten maken in een van de veegmachines.

Wij kijken uit naar de toekomst met de samenwerking tussen RAVO en MORE!
