Welcome to ICT-Volunteer program. We are ICT volunteering team helping you for your IT needs. ICT - Information and Communication Technology

ICT-Volunteer is a not-for-profit community consisting a group of core volunteers and other supporting member volunteers who wish to help individuals or community groups by donating their spare time and sharing knowledge. We work with NGO's, charities, any kind of not-for-profit organization, community, voluntary groups and social enterprises. An organization with an IT need can contact us and we

will help them analyze their requirements. Through our website we communicate their request to our network of highly-skilled volunteers. ICT-Volunteer program is a small initiative to help the Community by donating some spare time and sharing knowledge, in return the volunteers keep engage themselves in good work, get extra experience and giveback something to the Society. We hope this program would help both Community and Volunteers. HOW IT STARTED

We see in recent years there is a good number of migrants from around the World who come as Highly Skilled Knowledge migrant and their spouses who are also IT trained but not engaged in any regular job. Most of the time it’s a short assignment and in this short span of time they find it difficult to integrate with the Local Society as a result most of their leisure or spare time remain idle and somewhat non-productive.

These two weeks were very hectic for many of you who worked day and night for the welcome of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.
You have shown enough enthusiasm, let us keep the same spirit...let's put them in action.. From FCCI there is next event "Maximizing India’s Demographic Dividend & Its Global Implications: A European Opportunity" on 1st July 2017 (Saturday) at 14.00 hrs – 18.00 hrs.

I am sure you will love to participate. It's a gateway to put your enthusiasm into action. The purpose of the seminar which the FCCI is organizing on this subject is to create greater awareness about this phenomenon and suggest policy options for maximizing India’s demographic dividend. In this context the seminar will also propose a big opportunity for Europe.
FCCI which is Foundation for Critical Choices for India is a think tank and focal point for initiating and implementing studies and programs on issues of strategic importance to India in social, political, economic fields by mobilizing the resources of non resident Indians (NRIs) / persons of Indian origin (PIOs).

Since few weeks we (www.ictvolunteer.org) were getting complains of fraud internet victims. If you were surfing internet sites and somehow landed to some sites (governed by those fraud companies/individuals), you will be redirected to some alert site (replica of Microsoft site) and claiming that your computer is blocked. You need to call some number (according to country), in our case it was +31 858 882 984 .
We knew this was a scam, we were trying to find the origin.. We called the above number more than 50 times from different (MSISDN) (different number from different countries, so that they don’t doubt us). Each time we could recognize Indian accent in the conversation and that too with different voice.. which means they are running a huge call Center… We hope to crackdown this fake call Center very soon… Attached are screenshots of what they claim…
*To be funny enough, I asked one of the call center representative (a girl) to quit this fake profile job by tomorrow .. otherwise she will be in jail.... She caught in our trap and explained everything what they does.. we have the recording of that conversation...

Remote Medicine facility infrastructure for a non-profit Hospital (Humanity Hospital) in Kolkata, India (www.humanityhospital.org). Through this infrastructure this hospital will be able to provide most common and advance medical facilities to far remote villages without physical presence of any onsite Doctor. Some of these facilities involve remote ECG, stethoscope, blood pressure, common pathological investigation, etc.
With successful implementation of this project, We aim to extend this remote medical facility to other villages within India and other developing countries.

ICT Volunteer is the philanthropic partner of Humanity Hospital (www.humanityhospital.org) providing IT infrastructure facilities and promoting Humanity Hospital globally for fund raising.
