20 years ago the Tyndale Dormitory Hall was opened.
🔨 November 11, 2005 marked a major milestone in the life of Tyndale Theological Seminary. Groundbreaking began for the exciting new construction of the residential dormitory.
🧱 In September 2006, the Dormitory Hall at Tyndale was completed. Sixteen students from ten countries moved into the sparkling new residence.

🚲 When the building opened it included two comfortable apartments for visiting faculty, a lovely commons room, a prayer room, a workshop, a laundry room, and plenty of storage spaces for personal gear, as well as that national emblem of Holland, the bicycle. Dormitory Hall was configured to comfortably house up to 36 students.

🌍 The Dean of Students at the time, Georg Messner, said “The Christian life works itself out daily. Dormitory Hall will be a multi-cultural community reflecting what God is doing in the world.”
It indeed does! Our Dormitory Hall continues to be a place of living life together, reflecting Christ's love for us as we love one another.
