My Personal Battle with Burnout
In 2011, I faced burnout for the third time in three years.
Despite my extensive background in psycho-analysis and nursing, I found myself overwhelmed with every going on in my life.
Ignoring my health and emotions, I was stuck in survival mode after my heavy divorce where I lost all confidence in people overall and myself.
My only focus was fighting for a better life for myself and my 2 kids.
Just fighting, pushing and pushing did lead to a lot of negatie thinking and a big energy loss.
I was always tired and eventually this all was leading to a collapse.
It felt as if it came suddenly but of course it was building up already for years. I did not see, feel or recognized the signs. The few things I did see, I closed my eyes for them because I did not want to see it.
Recognizing ánd acknowledging early signs of stress is vital.
I discovered heart coherence exercises and combined that with inner work that I learned in my own education as a therapist. I also asked help from friends who were coaches and therapists and they gave it.
Then I started to do the work, really going for it.
This combination helped me recover in just 1.5 months, a process that usually takes years.
This experience inspired me to become a burnout coach, helping others manage stress effectively. I did a lot more education on burnout and mindset, added Quantum Technology in my work so I could help at a much deeper level with faster and bigger results.
I learned a lot and want to inspire and guide lots of people to change their life towards succes ánd happiness without stress.
