Twelve countries. One campus. A day full of real talk. 🌍
Last Tuesday, was at our campus. Our students got to hear straight from the people working at some of Europe's most iconic hotels. From mental resilience to career advice, from work placements to the Marriott Voyage Graduate Programme takes recent graduates straight into hotel management. 🚀
It was one of those days that remind you why you chose hospitality.

Two Hotel Management students. One global stage. 🌍

Blanckaert and Tristan de Block represent (BUas Hotelschool Breda) at the Young Hospitality Summit at EHL in Lausanne — one of the most prestigious student gatherings in hospitality. Joining them is lecturer Eric Andersen, who is accompanying the delegation as their BUas representative on the ground.

Alongside peers from Hong Kong, China, the USA, Switzerland and beyond, they're working in international teams on a real-world challenge set by Melco Resorts & Entertainment: how do you shape the future of luxury for the next generation?

Day one kicked off with presentations from Melco's CEO, CFO and COO. Day two brought panel discussions with leaders from Raffles, Fairmont and Mandarin Oriental on young talent and the future of the industry.

Two more days to go — and we can't wait to see what they bring home. 💡
